Sorry it’s taken me a while to get back to you.  The text on the page is just Lorem Ipsum (Dummy text) as i’m waiting to hear back from the United Nations about the design itself. 

To answer your question; the infographic is about the distribution of UN personnel on active peacekeeping missions around the world.  These include both uniformed personnel (broken down into Troops, Police and Military Observers), Civilian personnel (international AND local) and UN Volunteers.  These 6 types of personnel make up the doughnut charts.  (Bare in mind that not every country has all 6 types of personnel, hence some of the graphs having fewer segments. 

An issue I have not taken into account yet (and only just realised), is that the infographic does not show the AMOUNT of people on each mission, just the %distribution of personnel type.
